Talenza has been engaged to source a strong Senior Technical Business Analyst for a highly visable transformation program

The ideal candidate will be able to be both hands on with Technical Business Analyst requirements and work with business stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • 8+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst within a large technology/data transformation within banking
  • Background in technology, and strong business analyst skills
  • Experience with the following:
    • Data integration/ data governance/ data validation and cleansing
    • Customer Data Management
    • Writing FSDs
    • Solution assessment, business process modelling
    • Writing an SOP for the business
    • Updating system documentation, work on business delivery elements, process design
    • Write BRDs and User stories
  • Demonstrated experience problem solving autonomously within a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile project management tools
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and with a range of difference stakeholders including both technology and business
  • SQL and Oracle Database experience
  • Strong communication skills
