The successful candidate will be working full-time in our busy wealth management practice, reporting to the Head of Wealth.
In this team environment, the candidate will play a vital role in all aspects of our estate planning, wealth management and deceased estate matters.
This position offers exposure to diverse, and at times highly bespoke matters, referred from an extensive and supportive network of advisors from Partners Wealth Group, joint venture accountants and the firm's other legal practice areas.

About youTo excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum 3 Years Legal Experience : Exposure to wealth management (estate planning and deceased estates, including litigious estates) highly regarded
Self-Starter and Motivated:
You are a self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to step up, and grow the practice within a supportive environment
Exceptional Client Focus:
You are passionate about providing an exceptional client experience, focused on delivering practical solutions in a cost-conscious manner
Engagement with Stakeholders:
You have previously actively engaged with key stakeholders to contribute to our ongoing efforts to manage and grow our busy practice
Team Player:
You are a team player, capable of working collaboratively within the firm and with the other Partners Wealth Group businesses, advisors, and aligned accountants
Tech-Savvy:
Be proficient in cloud-based and paperless work environments, ensuring efficient service delivery and flexibility for clients and the firm. Knowledge of Actionstep is advantageous but not required.

PLS is well positioned and excels in servicing this very busy and steady stream of client referrals in areas including wills & estate planning, superannuation, private client property/conveyancing, business succession planning and litigation.
Integrated within the St Kilda Road office, both PLS and PWG have an aligned vision which fosters a dynamic, progressive, and industry-leading culture.
