About the role:

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will ovesee back of house and the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores.

We're seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter.

In this role, you'll:
- guide our team in educating parents on our products, demonstrating their features and benefits, fostering genuine relationships with every customer.
- oversee the store's back of house operations, working closely with the warehouse team and store administration assistant to manage loss prevention, stocktake, inventory levels and store standards.
- train and onboard new team members.
- ensure that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.
- work a Tuesday
  • Saturday roster.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in a similar role (2-3 years), as an Assistant Store Manager with a larger format retailer, Department Manager, Boutique Store Manager or similar.
  • Be a natural communicator and comfortable managing people.
  • Have a great trackrecord and meeting and beating sales targets and KPI's.
  • Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team thrive.
