We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to assist leading retail operations and drive business growth for our client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Oversee tech repair services, ensuring timely and accurate repairs while upholding quality standards.
  • Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and minimize shrinkage.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, with a strong understanding of store operations and sales techniques.
  • Experience in Phone Repair Tech is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
