About this role
You will drive and support the business to gain efficiencies from Coco Republic web platforms and integration points.

What you'll do

  • Provide a single point of contact for customers with regards to digital platforms (M2 website and iDesign POS) at Coco Republic
  • Drive and support website implementations, upgrades and modifications
  • Deliver weekly technical objectives, content amends to microsites, logging test data, cases and owning User Acceptance Testing
  • Manage tasks and help communicate requirements to our developers
  • Help administer multiple cloudbased systems including ERP, ecommerce, POS, marketing automation platforms, API integrations, tag management and a data warehouse
  • Provide a single point of contact for customers regarding digital systems and interfaces

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • A high level of technical writing and oral communication skills
  • Coordinating multiple tasks/projects in parallel and efficient prioritisation
  • Understanding of eCommerce retail best practice
