Nursing Reference: 11780 About the Role: The Cardiology Department, in conjunction with the Department of Cardiac Surgery is the foremost centre for Paediatric Cardiology in Australasia and SE Asia.

The purpose of this position to provide sabbatical leave backfill, covering up to 4 outpatient clinics a week between June 2024 to June 2025 under the care of the Department of Cardiology.


You will be responsible for:
Attendance at outpatient sessions as required.
Appropriate clinical care of outpatients.
Accurate and appropriate medical record keeping.

Supervise and teach junior medical staff, nursing and technologists within the Department of Cardiology as agreed with the Director of Cardiology.


Your skills and experience:

Specialist Medical Registration with AHPRAHigher Specialist qualification (FRACP or equivalent) is essential to application for this position Demonstrated ability to work with and lead a multidisciplinary team High level clinical medical skills relevant to the field If this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.
