Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excellent computer literacy, MRP systems, knowledge and understanding of flow line principles including how to implement best practice. You will bring your strong work ethic with ability to problem solve and lead a team, mentor others and uphold a high level of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities


• Lead the procurement team and warehouse supervisor to ensure that stock is kept at a sustainable level, parts received meets quality expectations, data is recorded accurately, and parts are delivered in a timely manner.


• Find new products that have a cost advantage or luxury enhancement to the Zone brand


• Advocate for continuous improvement within the procurement team


• Assist the purchasing team in the investigation of inventory discrepancies


• Lead the warehouse supervisor to ensure the efficient management of the warehouse function, including coordination of the delivery of international goods.


• Develop, implement and maintain systems, policies, procedures, and practices involving the warehouse.

Skills and Experience


• A minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory management, supply chain management, procurement, or relevant skills.


• Previous Recreational Vehicle (RV) industry experience and relationships with offshore vendors is highly recommended.


• A certificate III in supply chain management or similar qualifications are desirable but not essential.
