This is a great opportunity for qualified lifeguards who value water safety, love working with people, who want to keep the community safe in our facilities.
The Role
The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day-to-day supervision of the facilities programs, staff, patrons and plant room operations.
In this position you will oversee the facility presentation and ensure there is a high regard for occupational health and safety.
Leading by example, you will work with the venue manager to oversee the operational requirements including;- Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Ensure a safe aquatic environment
- Risk mitigation and emergency management
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a trade or aquatic environment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work across 7 days a week
Willing to obtain
- Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate & CPR
