We are looking for
reliable independent contractors to join our team to manage the setup and collection of real estate auction boards and flags in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

You will need to be available
EVERY Saturday and occasionally on other days for a short period of time.

The position requires you to setup and collect an auction day flag at auction sites and 2-3 auction boards per property on street corners pointing towards the auction site.


As a contractor you will be paid per job/auction with rates based on the number of boards required to be displayed.

Experienced installers can manage around 15 auctions per Saturday working typically between the hours of am to setup and 3-4 hours in the afternoon to collect, earning around $350.


The number of auctions each week varies from week to week as it depends on the property market and you must be comfortable with having a variable number each week.

You will need to collect signs towards the end of each week from our facility in Mount Waverley, and return them on the weekend at the end of our auction collection.


Eligibility & Experience

  • You must have a current drivers license and provide your own vehicle with comprehensive motor insurance
  • You must have an ABN to provide your service as a contractor
  • No specific skills are necessary, but you must be highly reliable, enjoy working autonomously, outdoors in all weather conditions, and be an experienced driver
  • Good knowledge of roads and routes around the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne is an advantage. You should live in or nearby the service areas.
  • This job is ideal for those looking to supplement their current income with a second side hustle. You must be free every Saturdays to do this role. Some Sundays required. During weekdays you can setup and collect auctions before and after your regular job as weekday auctions are held in the early evenings.
Up to
3 positions are available.

Ø Inner East - covering a 5km radius in all directions from Surrey Hills

Ø Upper East - covering a 5km radius in all directions from Doncaster

Ø Outer East - covering an 8km radius in all directions from Ringwood


Upper East & Outer East positions must manage Time Restricted auctions meaning that the setup and collection must be performed shortly before and after the auction time.

These pay higher rates but you must be available at different times during the Saturday to manage these.
