In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • acting as the team's "go to" and efficiently actioning all support requirements.
- masterminding administrative support to the consulting team and directors.
- scheduling rendezvous and adeptly managing diaries.
- liaise with the marketing team on advertising recruitment campaigns.
- procuring office supplies and ensuring seamless organisation.
- managing postal correspondences.
- communicate any needs of the team to management/marketing/finance if necessary.
- expertly coordinating recruitment/onboarding processes.
- completing reference checks.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ability to manage high pressure and time-sensitive situations to help the consultants get results.
- a dashing presence with meticulous attention to detail.
- innate ability to connect and build rapport.
- an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
- articulate communication and a reassuring demeanour.
- tech-savvy, adept in macOS and preferably Vincere, G-suite & MS office.
- a thirst for learning, an autonomous streak, and the flair to foresee the necessities.
