This role will be t o proactively drive the effective execution of internal controls using PepsiCo's Global Control Standard (GCS) framework; partner with the business by providing the right tools, guidance and applying previous experience to ensure an embedded operating philosophy of sustainable risk management.

*12-Month Full Time Contract

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the testing of business process key controls (GCS testing) with key stakeholders in the ANZ BUConsolidate and report GCS testing results and related action plans to the Sector control team with guidance from Internal Controls ManagerReview Corporate Audit remediation plans and implementation to ensure they effectively mitigate the risk as described in the audit findingFacilitate the risk assessment process as led by the business process owners and partner with the business to keep control activity attributes updatedLiaise between the ANZ business and Sector team to facilitate the remediation of SAP configurable control deficienciesSupport the Internal Controls Manager on GCS awareness and education across the ANZ BUReview and coordinate with ANZ business the SOD exceptions from Sector's monthly SOD Analytics Report and help design mitigating activities for any identified open significant SAP segregation of duty (SoD) RiskAct as a risk / controls "expert" to the ANZ BU business; provide advice on risk remediation and control effectiveness and updating where appropriateFacilitate the review and update with the business process owners of the ANZ Delegation of Authority (DoA)Assist the business in the review of key financial policies for appropriateness / alignment

Qualifications

About you:
Knowledge of COSO Framework and application5-8 years progressive experience in internal or external auditAbility to effectively prioritize requests from all levels of an organizationFacilitation skills (e.g., how to conduct a risk assessment)

Benchmarking capability to drive standardization and create efficiencyAbility to build consensus across a matrix organizationLeadership capabilityEffective communication skillsProficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and VisioFor you:
