In this role, you'll:


Be working as part of a team delivering a facility experience that is sustainable, compliant, safe, fit for purpose, encourages utilisation, and meets community standards.


See you take ownership of all fire and emergency service delivery related tasks and issues across a portfolio of properties.

You will be responsible for developing consistent standards and approaches for fire and emergency management.


Be involved in the annual fire safety statement process, ensuring first aid and defibrillator services are delivered, fire warden and first aiders are trained and participating in evacuation services.

You will also undertake site inspections and lead on post incident reviews.

About you


A fire and safety management professional with experience in delivering fire and emergency services across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.

Also either have qualifications in Building Operations, fire and emergency services and/or facilities management.


Have sound knowledge of Building Code of Australia (BCA) for essential services and safety, and knowledge of emergency procedures for low and high-rise buildings.


Skilled in providing outstanding customer service and have to ability to use your exceptional communications skills to building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
