About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dealership Manager to lead our sales team at AUTOrecruit's Heatherbrae branch. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Brand: Represent AUTOrecruit in a professional manner at all times, upholding the company's values and reputation.
  • Dealership Management: Oversee the overall management of the Heatherbrae Dealership, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the sales team from the front, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Process: Ensure that AUTOrecruit's proven sales process is followed at all times, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with employees and clients, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve manufacturer and internal sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Compliance: Adhere to and comply with AUTOrecruit's policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
About You
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Manager/General Manager in the automotive industry or similar will be highly regarded.
  • Track Record: Proven track record and ability to meet sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Previous experience managing a sales team, with a proven ability to lead and motivate.
  • Customer Service: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and communication.
  • Management Skills: Excellent management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Reliability: Reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Driver's License: Current NSW Driver's License, with a willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
