Our client is seeking a Project Communications Manager to join their transformational, multi-year program aiming to establish the first centralised, unified repository for all key data across the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and delivery of communications and marketing, stakeholder engagement and consultation, project communication, creative and digital assets production, and issues and reputation management.

This role offers flexible working arrangements, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

  • Lead strategic planning and delivery of all communications activities for the Program's five projects.
  • Work closely with Organisational Change Management lead to align strategies.
  • Flexible working arrangements promoting a healthy worklife balance.

What you'll do:


You will be at the forefront of a the program, leading the strategic planning and delivery of all communications activities across five projects.

Your ability to align these activities with Organisational Change Management needs will be crucial in ensuring stakeholders are not only informed but supported through change.

Your commitment to maintaining consistent messaging and building a strong brand for the Program will instil confidence in stakeholders.

With your ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups concurrently and self-manage competing priorities, you will be instrumental in driving this high-profile initiative forward.


  • Lead the strategic planning and delivery of all communications activities required across the Program's five projects.
  • Align this communications work with Organisational Change Management needs.
  • Ensure the cadence, consistency and quality of messaging and materials being delivered across all five projects are aligned with the Program's strategic requirements.
  • Build a 'brand' for the Program that instils a sense of confidence, quality and relevance in stakeholders.
  • Work with multiple and different stakeholder groups concurrently.
  • Selfmanage with competing priorities.

What you bring:


The ideal Project Communications Manager brings significant experience in planning, developing, and delivering a wide range of communications activities within large, complex organisations.

Your proven track record in stakeholder engagement, particularly with diverse groups, will be key to your success in this role.

Your ability to lead the communications function for large projects or programs will be invaluable, as will your skill in creating visual representations of complex concepts.

Your exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistent messaging and branding will set you apart.

  • Significant experience planning, developing and delivering the full spectrum of communications activities within large, complex organisations.
  • Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, working with multiple and diverse stakeholder groups concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the communications function for large projects and/or programs.
  • Skilled in creating diagrams and visual representations of workflows and complex concepts to enable user engagement and understanding.
  • Ability to communicate in plain language, simplifying and targeting messaging to meet various stakeholders' information needs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering focus on consistency in messaging and brand.
