1300SMILES Buderim is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a Casual Dental Receptionist.

We are a diverse and family orientated dental practice located on Lindsay Road. Our team of highly experienced Dentists pride themselves on delivering high quality care to our patients.

The role


As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.


Your varied responsibilities will include:

  • Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate department or treatment room
  • Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

You

  • Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • An ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software
  • Detailoriented and highly organised
