To support our growth and ensure our patients receive the best care possible, we are seeking a receptionist who truly cares about our patients and can work with us on a casual basis, averaging approximately 25-35 hours per week.

Position Overview: As a Casual Receptionist at Maven Dental Noosa, you will play a vital role in ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly while making patients feel truly cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and assisting patients, putting their comfort first.
  • Managing appointment schedules with a compassionate touch.
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Assisting with sterilization tasks when required (experience in the dental industry is preferred but not essential if you're eager to learn).
  • Collaborating with our compassionate team to create positive patient experiences.
  • Flexibility to work across both Maven Dental Noosa practices as needed.
