About the role:

I'm looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of a petrol station in rural NSW. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences to locals and visitors daily. Passionate about driving successful outcome you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspect of the station, including people, inventory and customer service
  • Driving sales and building the name within the community
  • When necessary, hiring new team members
  • Maintain stock levels and shelf displays
  • Ensure compliance is followed at all times
  • Be an advocate for safety at all times and never cut corners
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order, reporting any issues

About you:

  • Experience leading people in a sales environment
  • Ability to coach and develop strong teams
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Analytical with financials and tracking budgets
  • Driven for positive outcomes
  • Experience with business plans, both creating and interpreting
  • Deliver high standards of work and understand the importance of safety
