You will work with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve excellence in events in our stunning, multi-million dollar refurbished and brand-new building.

EVENT PLANNER

(Full Time)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growingEvent Services team.You will work across a varietyof events, including exhibitions, large corporate conferencing and live events, providingseamless planning andcoordination to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Conduct informativesite inspections and pre-event meetings.
• Execute comprehensive event planning, logistical and operational arrangements.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and management of supplier services.
• Maintain accurate event related financial documentation.
• Co-ordination of public and ticketed events.
• Duty coverage during events where required.
