EVENT PLANNER

(Full Time)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Event Services team. You will work across a variety of events, including exhibitions, large corporate conferencing and live events, providing seamless planning and coordination to meet and exceed client expectations.  

  • Conduct informative site inspections and pre-event meetings.
  • Execute comprehensive event planning, logistical and operational arrangements.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management of supplier services.
  • Maintain accurate event related financial documentation.
  • Co-ordination of public and ticketed events.
  • Duty coverage during events where required.
