Key Responsibilities

Provide efficient and effective services to stakeholders in regards to the raising, management and maintenance of all purchase orders and requisition orders for the organisation.Onboard Vendors and monitor their contractual arrangements Investigate alternate suppliers and pricing to ensure continuity of supplyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that products are available when requiredMaintain accurate purchasing records and provide robust reporting of procurement activities and the cost savings delivered by the procurement team Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in Procurement or Supply Chain desirable Experience in a purchasing, logistics or supply chain role is required Familiar with ERP systems and excellent administrative skills, Oracle JD Edwards experience advantageous Strong awareness of internal and external customer needsExcellent negotiation and communication skills that lead to positive outcomesDemonstrate resilience and enthusiasm to learn new skills in a supportive fast-paced environmentExperience in a startup environment is highly desirable How to Apply Randstad is managing applications for this position, To apply or for a confidential discussion, contact Randstad's procurement specialists Kat Buckingham or Ioanna Prodromou, send your updated resume to or or call If this is not the role for you but you are interested in hearing about further opportunities about positions within procurement, contracts and supply chain, please feel welcome to connect either on LinkedIn or call for a confidential discussion.
