This role requires strong stakeholder management and communications skills, with 5+ years leadership experience and exceptional excel skills.

The focus of this role will be on managing the Accounting function in conjunction with the IT and HR team.

This role will report to directly to the Managing Director.

Role Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Strategic planning
  • Preparation of monthly accounts, financial statements and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Review monthly performance and compile budget/ forecast variance analysis
  • Assisting on preparation and consolidation of statutory annual financial statements
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Distribution of performance reports
  • Profit and loss reporting and commentary
  • Identifying and assisting in systems and process improvements
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc duties by Director

Qualifications and experience

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years Management Accounting experience within a similar role
  • Have the ability to operate autonomously or within a team
  • Be selfmotivated with excellent time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional Excel skills
