Back of House Team Member
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and adapt to a busy environment. Someone who is reliable and can interact in a professional positive manner.

Perfect for someone at school or uni.

You will have attention to detail and a keen interest in cooking.

You will help the chefs prep food and support the kitchen with all tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute food items according to standards and guidelines
  • Assist in preparing, making and plating food items for customers
  • Manage food safety standards and practices while in the kitchen
  • Cleans kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Assist with food preparation, restocking, and storage of supplies and ingredients
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other staff members

Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality experience is not essential but handy
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy items when necessary
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Positive team player attitude with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends

We are open Wednesday - Sunday.
