Your Mission
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our Intershop Progressive Web App as part of standard product development
  • Implement and optimize automated processes to maintain a stable and efficient platform
  • Collaborate closely with the automation team to seamlessly integrate DevOps tasks into the development process
  • Participate in designing and implementing architectural decisions that enhance the reliability and scalability of our applications
  • Engage in monitoring, incident response, and ongoing system enhancements in cooperation with the operations team
Your Profile
  • Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field; career changers and seasoned developers are welcome
  • Demonstrated expertise in site reliability engineering or similar roles
  • Familiarity with automating DevOps tasks and hands-on experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Solid grasp of web security and application of best practices
  • Experience in collaborating with development teams and integrating SRE practices into the development cycle
  • Ability to analyze and optimize system architectures for reliability and scalability
  • Proficient in incident response, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
