Job Description - Role: Casual Educator
Centre: Goodstart Dandenong - Heatherton Road
Employment Type: Casual shifts available Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour, depending on experience

You will be responsible for:
* Actively participating in the educational programs within the center
* Supervising and engaging with children effectively
* Ensuring a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
* Establishing strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures
* Promoting reflective practices and continuous improvement
