Role:

Are you a driven leader with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency? Our valued financial services client is in search of an experienced Operations Team Leader. This position plays a crucial role in restructuring operations to boost effectiveness and cross-functional capabilities. They value innovation and customer satisfaction, aiming to find a capable individual with prior leadership experience to oversee a team of 7-8 members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Senior Customer Service Consultants and Customer Service Consultants
  • Establish clear expectations, objectives, and performance goals for the team
  • Guide, support, and nurture team members for their maximum growth
  • Manage end-to-end customer service and loan administration tasks
  • Handle direct customer interactions to address escalations and issues
  • Ensure accurate and thorough upkeep of customer information and engagements
  • Identify and execute continual enhancement strategies across operations
  • Adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of pertinent experience in the financial services sector and demonstrated people management skills
  • Prior involvement in call center operations
