The Opportunity:

As an Estimator at Kinetic, you will play a critical role in our operations, responsible for assessing repair costs for damaged vehicles, creating quotes and invoices for insurance companies, and ensuring quality control during vehicle handovers.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, you will play a vital part in upholding our excellent service and efficiency standards.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the estimation process for accident buses and handling invoicing and record updates.
  • Collaborating with insurance providers, suppliers, and assessors to cultivate positive relationships.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Assisting in progressing vehicle repairs through the workflow.

The Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as an automotive estimator.
  • Preferably hold a trade qualification.
  • Prior usage of automotive quoting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and achieving outcomes.
  • Passionate, dependable team player with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and a willingness to learn and develop.
