The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As a key player in our operations, you'll estimate vehicle repairs, prepare quotes and invoices for insurance companies, and ensure high-quality vehicle handovers.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the estimation process for accident buses, manage invoicing and record updates.
- Collaborate with insurance providers, vendors, and assessors to foster positive partnerships.
- Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Support the progression of vehicle repairs through the workflow process.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an automotive estimator.
- Previous experience with Ibodyshop is required.
- Trade qualification desired.
- Prior experience using automotive quoting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Passionate, reliable team player with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn and grow.
