Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled maintenance projects. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and incidents. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance equipment and work areas. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
