Work closely with the Perth Leadership Team, VP's & alongside the PA team
:

Deliver best in class client/stakeholder services
:

Be the key point of contact for all staff.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities

Oversee front office/reception area and telephone
:

-
Greet visitors and sign them in via visitor management systems
:

-
Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies
:

-
Manage access/security passes for staff/visitors
:

-
Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages
:

-
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with Building Management and suppliers
:

-
Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers
:

-
Locker Management
:

-
Maintain quality relationships & have strong communication with all vendors and schedule services as required
:

-
Plan and coordinate company events & meetings
:

-
Assist in budget creation and monitor office-related expenses
:

-
Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace and coordinate maintenance and repairs with Building Management
:

-
Assist with new joiner orientations, carrying out office orientations, office tours and preparing necessary access cards
:

-
Manage and maintain the Environmental Management System within the office, to meet ISO audit specifications
:

-
Partake in ISO certification audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, but not limited to document collation, preparation & planning
:

-
Be the WHS representative with involvement in regular WHS checks & help to resolve related issues.

Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders & Building Management at all levels

Flexible in approach, taking on new challenges and responsibility

Mindful of confidential and sensitive information

Experience & exposure to ISO audits/accreditations will be highly regarded.
