Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and Product Managers on Claims Platform enhancement projects, transitioning to BAU assignments later.
  • Formulate high-quality user stories and agile requirements using diverse techniques.
  • Lead Project Initiation/Inception workshops as necessary.
  • Aid in developing acceptance criteria, preferably in BDD format.
  • Act as a link between business and technical teams to interpret project tasks effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as an agile Business Analyst, skilled at closely understanding business operations and deliverables.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend code.
  • Prior involvement in impactful digital project deliveries.
  • Thorough understanding of agile development phases from inception to delivery.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and business analysis roles within various frameworks.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing user stories in a scrum environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities.
