Distribution Team Leader

What you will enjoy doing

  • You will manage the distribution of products to depots, customers and retail outlets within the zone and interstate
  • You will plan and coordinate transport operations' activities while liaising with other functions within the business
  • Ensure compliance to Linde standards, local regulations and contracted terms & conditions
  • Monitor the drivecam system to ensure effective coaching is carried out in a timely manner
  • Facilitate and execute the Distribution strategy for your areas, in line with the Regional Distribution plan as directed by the distribution manager
  • You will work with the Distribution manager to execute strategy on Safety, Service, People and Performance
  • Provide clear direction to direct staff and contractors ensuring the strategy is clearly communicated and effectively understood in each of the Areas
  • Provide coverage for other roles within distribution as directed by the distribution manager

  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods transport

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
