Are you the sunny personality that brightens up any room? Our client, an emerging star in the allied health universe, specialising in Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, and Physiotherapy, is searching for a full-time Receptionist.

Their quest? To find a bubbly soul who's not only a maestro of multitasking but also a champion of charm with patients of all walks of life, especially the over-55 sages of our community.


With a day as varied as the patients you'll meet, you'll be the heartbeat of the practice — greeting, guiding, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through the door.

You'll be the organisational wizard who keeps the day ticking along, coordinating appointments, and being the comforting voice on the end of the phone.

  • Techsavviness to manage systems and databases with ease.
  • Experience using Nookal or Cliniko Practice Management Software, HICPS and NDIS claiming is highly desirable.
