Our client is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients.

About You


As the Front Desk Receptionist you will be supporting the Leadership Team with a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks.

This role will suit anyone from a Legal, Financial, or other Professional services background who is highly skilled in administrative support in a corporate environment.


Responsibilities

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and address queries over the phone
  • Greet clients and customers at reception.
  • High level administrative support to the team
  • Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments
  • Preparing of management reports
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • Ad hoc duties
