The Opportunity

This new opportunity is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday. No weekends

You will

  • You will organise and attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
  • Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules
  • Be a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic team
  • Log and record job completions and/or safety incident reports
  • Please note this is not a gardening role. We've got that covered

What you will bring

  • Experience in General Maintenance, trades, facilities and/or 'Handyperson' roles (highly desired)
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
  • Minimum two (2) COVID19 Vaccinations uptodate (required)
