**THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining Fujifilm as a Printroom Associate will involve:

  • Be a trusted advisor to our customer by delivering a great service and building a strong relationship.
  • Complete all customer work to the FBAU quality standards.
  • Accountable for delivering Service Level for their sites in accordance with contracted agreements.
  • Advise customers of the most efficient quality and cost effective solutions to meet their design, print and distribution requirements.
  • Day to day management as the FBAU representative of service delivery at a customer site within their operational domain.
  • Customer requests are monitored and prioritised environment according to complexity and urgency to satisfy customer demands in a high volume production.
  • Changes to priority, schedule and customer requirements are managed and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage workflow to maximise productivity. Wastage is managed to best practice benchmarks.
**YOUR EXPERIENCE
As an experienced professional in Printroom/Printing, you will bring the below valued skills to our business:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a print centre environment is required
  • Experience in digital print operations
  • Experience in finishing and binding operations
  • Intermediate P/C skills and computer literacy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to manage a selfsufficient digital print operation with mínimal supervision


Minimum Secondary Education
  • Year 1
  • Certificate 3 in Printing and Graphic Arts (or Mailroom), or the willingness to participate in a workplace program to obtain this qualification.
  • Print production software skills e.g. Adobe suite of products
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills
