Energy Queensland HR Advisor Opportunity

EQL is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Cairns, Rockhampton, or Brisbane. This role offers a permanent opportunity with a focus on career growth, diversity, and a healthy work-life balance.

  • Salary: 9-day fortnight: $119,083; 10-day fortnight: $134,564, plus 12.75% superannuation

The Role: As an HR Advisor at EQL, you will provide professional and pragmatic HR advice, coaching, and assistance to support business leaders and employees. You will be involved in various HR matters, including performance management, coaching, investigations, and more.

  • Assist in organizational design and restructuring
  • Monthly analytical reporting
  • Job analyses and evaluations using the Hay Methodology

About You: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline, along with at least 7 years of HR generalist experience. You should be well-versed in Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and current HR practices.

If you excel at data analysis, reporting, and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle conflicts professionally is crucial.
