Expression of Interest: Centre Manager & Snr Centre Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within our centers in Victoria. We currently have 48 centers in the state and are constantly growing with newer locations

You will:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
