Expression of Interest - Medical Administration and Receptionist

Positions Available:

  • Receptionists
  • Medical Administrators

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical reception or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), database software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Experience in answering incoming calls
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Medicare, Clinco, and other relevant tools.

To Be Considered, You Should Have:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a receptionist or administrative officer
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Techsavviness to adapt to digital platforms efficiently.
  • Motivated to learn tools you may not have experience with.
