As the Executive Assistant to our State Manager NSW/ACT, you will be the backbone of our executive team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organization and at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in supporting our leadership team.

This role is central to our operations, requiring a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the State Manager's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials; take and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations for both internal and external use.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and share approved updates about NSW/ACT State Group activities through internal and external channels such as LinkedIn or to relevant internal teams.
  • Manage the operation of the Sydney Office to ensure a great experience for all users and guests, which will include but is not limited to managing and/or coordinating aspects of safety, user access, property/facilities matters.
