Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the schedule of appointments for team members using Halaxy software
  • Prepare and distribute various documents and reports as required
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims procedures using Halaxy software
  • Keep the office organised and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Halaxy software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be organised and have strong attention to detail
