Job Title: Property Officer (Part-Time)

In this part-time role at INCH, you will be responsible for delivering property services to our clients, ensuring they have safe and secure homes. Your tasks will involve engaging with tenants, property owners, and contractors to manage rental properties effectively.

The salary for this role ranges from $67,265 to $77,584 per year, pro-rated based on a full-time position. As part of our team, you will also enjoy benefits such as salary packaging, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for further education.

Key Responsibilities

As a Property Officer at INCH, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing housing services to a diverse range of clients
  • Working with specific target groups, such as homeless individuals and those affected by domestic violence
  • Implementing tenancy regulations and managing property inspections
  • Seeking new rental properties and coordinating maintenance tasks
  • Encouraging tenant participation and forming partnerships with external services
