Provide comprehensive lease administration support for a premium commercial precinct

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and engaging individual to join the team as an Assistant Property Manager overseeing an office portfolio on one of CBRE's major institutional clients.

You will be responsible for the general maintenance and accuracy of lease/tenant information along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.


The Opportunity:

  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager to support the management and administration of a portfolio of highprofile leases
  • Research, review and manage critical dates and ensure compliance with lease obligations
  • Conduct active tenant arrears control with associated communications
  • Complete tenant account reconciliations
  • Assist with property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
  • Examine executed leases and tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up and maintenance of the CBRE systems and lease abstracts
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Engaged and driven with a passion for property and a cando attitude
  • An understanding of commercial leases, licenses and property documentation
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • A Property degree, Accounting degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in a property lease administration position is preferred but not essential.
