We're looking for an administrative assistant with genuine interest and committemetn to support a patent practice. Join o join our Sydney team on a Full-time basis. Offering Hybrid work arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Word processing / typing and collating correspondence and other documents from audio/ digital dictation, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately
  • Maintaining diary systems for operators and booking meetings
  • Creating, drafting and amending legal documents
  • Assisting with general office and administration duties as and when required

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Good Administrative skills, such as eye for detail and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional manner
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Enjoys a busy work environment
