Your New Opportunity

Are you ready for an exciting new role? As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal part in our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing and supporting our operations management across multiple distribution centres.

Your responsibilities include providing high-level administrative and support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, as well as coordinating local and distribution centre projects.

You'll be the architect of seamless diary management, meetings, conferences, and all aspects of travel. Moreover, you'll be the driving force behind our "fun-tastic" initiatives, ensuring our team remains safe, healthy, and engaged.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and coordinate meetings, conferences, and catering needs with finesse.
  • Prioritize and manage diary appointments for the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO).
  • Handle all aspects of travel, from accommodations to car rentals, to make team journeys smooth.
  • Arrange offsite conference calls as needed to keep us connected.
  • Administrative Ace: Provide essential clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing, to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with a friendly smile.
  • Foster positive relationships with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Office Administration and the CEO's Executive Assistant as required.
  • Ensure new employees have a warm welcome and the necessary equipment on their first day.
  • Run essential payroll reports and work with Supervisors to approve or make necessary adjustments for the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ Years of Office Management or EA experience: Bring your previous office management experience, with a focus on operations across distribution centers, to the table.
  • Organizational Wizard: Showcase excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem resolution abilities.
  • Communication Extraordinaire: Exhibit strong communication literacy and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Relationship Builder: Develop strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge meaningful connections.
  • Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to excel under pressure.
