The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner for Grange Resources, a critical role in developing and managing commercial functions and key relationships for all major contracts worth over $100 million.

This position requires strong commercial acumen to ensure successful negotiation, execution, and management of contracts while mitigating risks and maximising value for the company.


In this role, you will:
Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance and support in contract management, including contract review, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Assist in developing policies and procedures around contract management, supplier management, tendering processes, and procurement practices.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, value enhancement, and process improvement within the commercial function.
Assist in the management of key business risk exposures, including insurance, energy, supply chain, and other commercial risks.

About You:

If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for commercial strategy and contract management, this role could be perfect for you.


You will have:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or Law).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
A proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and commercial agreements.
An in-depth understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate contract terms, assess financial implications, and drive value optimisation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Power BI will be advantageous.
A current full manual driver's license.
