Responsibilities:

  • Data Management Excellence: Oversee the management of core platform data services, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize system performance, including latency and throughput, to enhance trading operations.
  • Data Governance: Develop and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Java development to design and implement solutions for data processing, storage, and retrieval.
  • Integration Solutions: Execute web development and API integrations to enhance data connectivity and facilitate seamless operations.
  • Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with traders and stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide technical support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Java Proficiency: Strong expertise in Java development, with a focus on data processing and integration solutions.
  • Data Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing reference data, including data governance, quality, and integrity.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Python, SQL, and big data technologies would be advantageous.
