As a Functions & Events Head Bartender, you will ensure that all bar related services at events are executed to high standard.
The Role
- Work a range of functions and events; from lunches, dinners and cocktail parties to pop up bars
- Ensure bars are set up and packed down pre/post event including stock control
- Making and serving beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails
- Ensure RSA is strictly maintained
- Casual rates
- Level 3 or 4 depending on experience
About You
- Minimum 1year experience as a Bartender, function and events experience is highly regarded
- Be able to work in a fastpaced environment and have a cando attitude
- Very strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid NSW RSA
- Valid working rights in Australia
- A passion for executing amazing events
