The role As the Contract Management Consultant, you will provide professional contract advice to the Assets Branch and develop and/or manage significant and high-risk contracts.

You'll interpret contract requirements, terms and conditions and ensure that all parties understand and deliver on their responsibilities.

You'll prepare and initiate significant and high-risk contracts, including the formation of contract management plans, along with monitor, evaluate and report on risk and contract performance against key performance indicators and requirements and implement strategies to drive value for money.

You'll consult, negotiate and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative, policy, business and commercial obligations.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
