The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Services Administrator to join our Sydney team.


Working closely with the Client Services Executive and the Facilities Executive, this position reports to the Human Resources Adviser and will be responsible for providing administrative and general office support for our Sydney office.

Client Services Administrator duties include, but are not limited to:

  • General office administrative duties;
  • Managing the set up and clean up of meeting rooms;
  • Maintain general office and kitchen cleanliness, including stacking and unstacking of dishwashers and cleaning the fridges;
  • Assisting with Reception cover throughout the day as required;
  • Office stationery and paper orders;
  • Restocking print rooms; and
  • Records management and Safe Custody.

Experience

  • Works well in a team environment;
  • High level attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks; and
  • Technology savvy, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and WorkSite (DMS).
