About the Role:


We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join the CCEP team in this role of Quality Assurance Team Member at our state of the art Moorabbin facility.

Your role will be responsible for efficiently and effectively conducting the required analytical testing of products produced at CCEP and to maintain a clean and fit for purpose working environment.

You will take joy in supporting other members of the quality team when and where required in various Quality related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical testing of syrups, beverages and raw materials as per Quality Framework requirements. This includes but is not limited to HPLC, Titrations, dilutions, Brix, Alcohol, Spectrophotometry, Xray and TOA assessments.
  • Maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) where quality parameters are required to be monitored.
  • Conduct analysis of chemicals to determine effectiveness for cleaning and sanitation.
  • Report data to the wider team relating to product specifications and pass or failed results.
  • Escalation of any OOS results
  • Support adhoc testing as required for validation work such as NPD.
  • Develop repour with team members to ensure tasks on site are supported and completed daily.
  • Weekly scheduled tasks are completed as required including cleaning.
  • Review incoming good documentation as required and ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Ensure record keeping is completed within a timely manner as per agreed timelines and relevant work instructions.
  • Ensure documents relating to the analytical and testing program are adhered to.
  • Tertiary qualification in Food Science or Food Technology / Chemistry.
  • Graduate or 1+ years basic laboratory skills
  • Ability to commit to a rotating roster
  • Team Player happy to help others and build rapport in the team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
